Overview

As a Personal Counselor, I strive to assist individuals on the path to wholeness and healing.  I explain the counseling process to my clients and I collaborate with each individual to empower them as they work through difficulties and develop new strengths.  I also focus on prevention of future difficulties by helping clients develop increased resilience and personal problem-solving strategies.  Clients may also choose to incorporate Ecotherapy as part of the Counseling process.
